A British-Born Hong Chinese, Joe started his career in consulting with PwC Chile and has over a decade of international work experience based in sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Volunteering and working abroad has led him to over 70 countries. Prior to HOPE he was serving as country program manager for Challenges Worldwide in Zambia.
Joe has leadership experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sector and is passionate about discipleship as he served in eldership and deacon teams for local churches in HK, London, Bolivia, and Zambia. He and his wife, Alex, and daughter Eden love playing music and leading worship together.
Joe is a graduate of the international business program at Aston Business School and has a Master of Science in urban economic development from UCL

Nathan is a senior leader with over 15 years of expertise spanning the non-profit, philanthropic, and financial services sectors.
He had the privilege of joining HOPE International in 2015 to start the Hong Kong office and is honoured to continue serving the organisation through the board 10 years later. Nathan is passionate about empowering people through the intersection of faith, finance, and social impact which has positioned him to equip non-profits and social enterprises across Asia.
He has a Masters in Globalisation and Development Studies from SOAS. He and his wife Sharon are part of The Vine Church.
Alexander Lee

Alex relocated to Hong Kong in 2020 to start the latest chapter of his career at Telstra International, a global telecommunications firm, and more importantly to marry his beautiful bride, Kara.
Prior to Hong Kong, Alex was working in his hometown of Houston, TX. It was here that his passion for nonprofit work and the underserved grew through his experiences walking with refugee friends, leading pro bono nonprofit consulting projects, and serving on the Houston board for HOPE International.
Alex holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Alex and Kara worship and serve at Kong Fok Church International, and Alex is currently serving as an elder as part of the Gathering, in the family service.
Gary Leung

Gary has worked in the finance and investment sector for 30 years. His passion for trading and sharing his experience with others inspired him to found TF3. Prior to this, Gary served as CEO of TD Ameritrade Hong Kong and gained extensive investment knowledge in leading roles in major financial institutions such as Citibank, JP Morgan Asset Management, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, and Bank of China. He is an avid marathon runner, Bible teacher, and theologian. Gary and his wife are active in their local Chinese church.
Ken Lung

Ken was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Singapore, migrated to and graduated in New Zealand. He has worked in various sectors, including advertising and public relations, telecommunications and financial services in Hong Kong, and is currently the head of corporate communications at Octopus Cards Limited.
Ken worships at the Vine Church in Hong Kong, where he also serves as an elder. Ken has a heart for social justice and workplace ministries and is an advisory committee member of Branches of Hope, a local charity serving refugees, asylum seekers, and human trafficking survivors.
Ken and his wife, Meika, met at a Christian fellowship in 2020, and they share a passion for missionary and mentorship work. Ken is a proud dad of a teenage son studying and thriving in England.
Kent Wong

Drawing on 25 years of experience in the field of telecommunications and data networking, Kent currently leads the Nokia IP Network in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing business development, solution and product management, and go-to market and commercial strategies for Japan, India, and Greater China IP markets.
Prior to joining Nokia, Kent held leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent and worked in research and development at TiMetra Networks and Nortel Networks. Kent holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master’s from Stanford University. Kent and his wife, Janice, live with their son in Singapore and attend the International Baptist Church.
Daniel Telles

Dan is originally from Australia. He comes from Indian heritage and his wife, Soda, is from Hong Kong. Together, they have two young children who keep them busy—and from having too much sleep! Dan works in the FinTech world and Soda works for Young Life ministries, and they both share a passion for investing in young people. Dan also currently serves as elder at Watermark Community Church in Hong Kong.
